LEBANON, OHIO, IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS, FOR THE 
PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A FIRE STATION IN THE VILLAGE.

USE AS A MARKED POLICE VEHICLE.
